I'm new and still figuring things out on here. What can I say about myself. I'm training to be a Health educator. It's hard but worth it. I'm very interested in self improvement and have worked hard the last few years to lose weight. I'm still fairly new here but feel free to ask me any questions and I'll be happy to help.
